Where can I check my points balance?
Log into your account and click on the rewards icon (usually located at the bottom corner of the screen). Your points balance and available rewards will be displayed there.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve earned enough points, visit your rewards dashboard to view available rewards. Select the reward you'd like, and you’ll receive a discount code to apply at checkout.
Do my points ever expire?
Points may expire if unused after a certain period. Check our program terms for specific expiration timelines.
I made a purchase but didn’t receive my points—what should I do?
Points typically appear in your account shortly after your purchase is completed. If you don’t see them within 2-3 days, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. We recommend saving your points for the reward that gives you the best value!
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends! When they make their first purchase, they’ll get a discount—and you’ll earn points or a reward as a thank you.
Do I get points for past purchases?
Points start accumulating from the moment you join our loyalty program. Unfortunately, purchases made before signing up aren’t eligible for points.
